  Cool IGA that took over from Woolworths. Unlike the Woolworths here previously this store really understands their target market of uni students. They have a large amount of hot food and many essentials as a supermarket should.

  Such a very bad customer service , and very slow staff to organise the crowd, waiting more than 10 minutes for a member who has not enough experience to mange the prices and very slow

  Staff are never at the registers and the self-serve checkouts require reusable bags to be approved by staff. I have had to wait more than five minutes multiple times because there was no staff. In addition to this, items I regularly purchase are always out of stock. For example, the 500mL bottles of milk. I was also buys the Lipton lemon ice tea everyday from the fridge but now its only on the shelves so I don't even come in most days. The meat section is so overpriced that I often drive to Stockland and find the meat there two or three dollars cheaper and the meat is nicer anyway.

  Often come here in between lectures to grab some hot food for lunch. Reasonable prices and nice staff. Layout is tidy, modern, clean and organised. Very convenient as it is close to class buildings. Has self-checkout.
